Dengue outbreak has started dominating the mind. B.Com I student of Nekiram College died due to dengue. Dengue has caused second death in the district. On November 25, a girl student living in a PG located in the city’s Power House Chowk had fever.
Later he was referred to Delhi in critical condition from a hospital in Panipat. The health department has ruled out any death due to dengue. Here, seven new cases of dengue were found on Tuesday. With this, the dengue figure has reached 242 in the district.
Meghna Sharma, 19, of Bal Jatan, Panipat, was pursuing B.Com from Pandit Nekiram Sharma College, Rohtak. This first year student lived in a PG in Power House Chowk area. The student had fever on 25 November. After this, she went to her home after taking the medicine.

There he was admitted to a hospital when the fever was high. The patient’s condition worsened in the hospital. Because of this, the family took him to Delhi. The student died during treatment here. It is being told that the virus of dengue had entered the brain of the student, which made her brain dead. The girl’s father Satish Kumar is a constable in Delhi Police. This younger daughter of the family was loved by everyone. She left the elder sister and younger brother alone.

ASI’s son has died last month
Dengue has started proving fatal. Last month also it has taken a life. ASI’s son was admitted to a hospital in Delhi due to dengue. The young man died during treatment there. Later the health department confirmed the case.

Dengue figure reached 242 in the district
Dengue cases are being found continuously. Seven cases were found in the district on Tuesday. With this the dengue figure has reached 242 in the district. In this, five cases are from urban areas and two cases are from rural areas. Lahli and Meham in rural areas and Omaxe City, Uttam Vihar, Srinagar Colony, Ekta Colony, Fatehpuri Colony in urban areas.
According to the order of Civil Surgeon Dr. Anil Birla and under the direction of Deputy Civil Surgeon Malaria Dr. Manju Mehra, anti-larvae activity is being done continuously in the district.

Notice was given on 9 after getting larvae
Health department teams are running awareness campaign regarding dengue. Under this, people are being informed about mosquito-borne diseases by going to urban and rural areas. Along with this, water sources are also being checked. Dengue larvae were found at nine places in the investigation campaign of the teams on Tuesday. Notice has been issued to the people concerned. Along with this, he has also warned of challaning if larvae are found again in 72 hours. So far 5876 people have been served notices by the department.
