Regarding the voting in the Kudni by-election, Sushil Kumar Modi said that the police-administration harassed the BJP workers in various ways. Fake voters were also called from outside. Said that complaints about distribution of money and liquor were also received in the area, but the administration kept turning a blind eye.
On the other hand, late in the evening after the voting, the candidates of BJP and Grand Alliance clashed with each other. Videos of Kedar Gupta and Manoj Kushwaha have also surfaced which is going viral on social media. While the BJP candidate accused of looting the booth, the JDU candidate threatened to remain in his position.
