First of all, you have to go to the Consumer Helpline website https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/.
Then you create your account here.
After that login with your user ID.
After login you have to register your complaint
Upload the required documents.
After that submit this application.
Now your complaint is registered and you would have got the registration number.
This registration number will also be sent to your email id
After this your complaint will be redressed soon.
In June, Sebi had imposed a total penalty of Rs 6 crore on Sahara India Real Estate Corporation (now Sahara Commodity Services Corporation), Subrata Roy, Ashok Roy Chowdhury, Ravi Shankar Dubey and Vandana Bhargava.
